Latin Name: Oryctolagus cuniculus

Habitat: Domestically bred

Diet: Grass, hay, green / root vegetables

Lifespan: Up to 9 years

Average Size: Weight: Up to 1.7 kg, Length: Up to 20 cm

Characteristics:

The lionhead is a small, compact rabbit with a well rounded frame and a wide head.  They have short upright ears and a soft, medium-length, furry mane around their head which runs around the neck.
