Characteristics:

Soays are a rare breed of sheep, known for being aloof, wary and graceful.  They resemble small antelope or deer and are often confused with a breed of goat.  Their fleece can be blonde, fawn, brown or black.  They develop beautiful full curl horns that lend a majestic appearance.  They have a quirky behaviour and provide fun to watch and make good pets due to their small size.  They produce a highly flavoured meat and wool that is suitable for carpet and rug production.
